The gym is well-maintained and as it is opened 24x7 it is good for me as I work in real estate so my time is bit flexible. The trainers here are so good and helpful and too friendly that you won’t need to ask for help.

"Easily one of the best gyms in Greater Noida! The facility is spacious, well-ventilated, and equipped with a top-notch range of machines and free weights for both strength training and cardio. Everything is kept clean and properly maintained. The trainers are polite, knowledgeable, and always willing to help out with form or routine tips. The high-energy music and motivating atmosphere make every workout session great. Highly recommend EFC Gym to anyone looking to take their fitness seriously!"

The gym has all facilities that one can wish for. Strategically located near DMart and next to prominent housing societies such as La Residential, Centurion Park, etc. Plus, it gives 24 hour open. But the main highlight are the trainers. Especially the General trainers they are really helpful. Such as Suraj Sharma. He is fantastic and has been pivotal in my fitness journey. I feel it is the RFC gym DNA that they are just customer oriented. I interact with other gym goers and have not found a single other member, who has not said good words. It shows in the attendance figures at the gym no matter the time of the day or night.
